Choose the office based on the type and stage of the record:
- For a county booking sheet or photo, follow the request steps on the Gila County records hub.
- For a Globe Police incident report, call 928-425-5751 and ask for Administrative Services or Records. For a Payson Police report, email policerecords@paysonaz.gov or use the town's public-record form.
- For a possible warrant, use the safe verification steps on Most Wanted, identify the issuing court, and ask that court to confirm current status.
- For a recent arrest, call the Globe or Payson inmate-information line. Gila County has no verified public web roster or complete arrest log.
- For a case outcome, use Arizona Public Access and then obtain an official or certified record from the court of record.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry Inmate Data Search.
- For federal custody, use the Bureau of Prisons locator. Immigration custody uses the separate ICE detainee locator.
